We strive to exceed your laundry needs and stand behind our products. All of our high quality products are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any of our products, you can exchange or return the product(s) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. We aspire to resolve all returns and exchanges within 24-48 business hours and aim to please with absolutely no restocking fees.

Our Policy

  • All returns & exchanges will gladly be accepted for new or unused items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Free shipping is one way.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Custom-made products are non-refundable.
  • Refunds as well as exchanges with a difference in product prices will be credited to the original payment method.
  • All returns & exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Please allow up to two weeks to receive your refund or new product(s). This is the time it takes to receive the returned product(s), inspect them, and process a refund or new order.

To start a return or exchange, simply login to your account and select the order # containing the product(s) that you would like to return. Then, on the Order Details page, check the product(s) you wish to return and select 'Request RMA' to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete return instructions.


Damaged

Every item is carefully inspected and packed before it's shipped. We ship only brand new products so any damages most likely occurred during delivery. The packaging must be retained for products that have been damaged. If you notice damage upon delivery, you should open the package and inspect it for further damage with the driver still present, then you can refuse the shipment if the contents are damaged.

In the rare case you happen to receive any item damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Once notified, we will advise the shipping carrier to retrieve the damaged product(s) and, upon receipt, we will send a replacement product as soon as possible.
