Clothesline Rope
Clothesline rope is often the most basic and fundamental component of a clothesline. Although, starting about the mid 1950's, clothesline wire made it's way into the market providing a weatherproof product that is easy to clean and will not rot with extended usage. There are still many benefits to using clothes line rope including cotton's ability to dry or "wick away" the wet spot under the clothespin.
