The Portable Wooden Clothes Drying Racks are handcrafted using soft maple wood and come in five different sizes ranging from small to supersize. The dowels are attached to the frame with screws, not staples, giving you the strongest possible construction. These Amish Drying Racks are built to last by a long line of Amish craftsmen using the highest quality materials.
SMALL | 20" Width
The Small size provides 14 feet of drying space making it great for small loads of laundry. This accordion style drying rack will fit perfectly in a bathtub for out of the way drying.
MEDIUM | 30" Width
The Medium size provides 24 feet of drying space making it great for mid-size loads of laundry. This accordion style drying rack will fit most bathtubs for out of the way drying.
LARGE | 36" Width
The Large size provides 36 feet of drying space making it great for small and medium size loads of laundry. Can be carried when loaded with clothes. Folds up compactly for storage.
MEGA-SIZE | 40" Width
The Mega-size provides 56 feet of drying space. The Mega-size will hold a small wash load of laundry and can be closed and carried when loaded with laundry.
SUPERSIZE | 48" Width
The supersize provides 65 feet of drying space. The supersize will hold a small wash load of laundry and can be closed and carried when loaded with laundry.

Instructions
This high quality handmade drying rack is unfinished so there is no oil or coating as they are manufactured with care and attention. The dowels are smoothed during manufacturing and during assembly, if any rough spots are found, sandpaper is used to ensure a smooth finish. While we have not heard of this happening from customers, if you ever notice any rough spots, you can touch them up with sandpaper.
We have not had any issues with the unfinished nature of our drying racks and we have customers that have used their unfinished drying rack for decades, but we are aware of issues happening with cheaper quality drying racks. The wood will get a little moisture from the wet laundry, but it dries quickly in between uses. While you could apply a natural finish to the dowels, however, we would not recommend doing so as some customers have done it which caused the finish to stain the laundry.
